How it works:
Robot loads itself in hospital's central pharmacy (or alternatively is loaded by staff).
Robot visits one medication cabinet after the other.
Using our proprietary Manipulation-AI, the robot takes medication from its own drawer and places it into cabinet, updating inventory, and checking expiration dates.

Frequent questions
EASO 1.0 is 2 feet in diameter which is smaller than the vast majority of medication room doors. The robot is also able to turn in place and is built to navigate in very tight spaces. Emancro Staff is happy to review your hospital's floor plans or measure the space to confirm that our robots can work in the environment.
It will take EASO about 20-30 minutes to restock a medication cabinet with around 50 items.
The battery life is 13-20h depending on use. Using a fleet of only two robots 100% uptime will be guaranteed.
The robot will be equipped with an electronic interface to the medication cabinet which will allow it to wirelessly transmit data (such as item counts or expiration dates) to the medication cabinet. However this is not yet implemented in the current pilot version. Therefore the robot will initially use its finger to type this information on the medication cabinet’s keyboard or touch screen.
